Distinguished Haematologist Committed to Your Health at Every Stage: Prevention, Diagnosis & Treatment

My Professional Journey

My medical journey began in Kolkata, India, where I graduated with my medical degree in 2004. Driven to pursue a higher specialisation, I relocated to the United Kingdom for my junior doctor and advanced haematology training.

I am proud to have achieved several key qualifications that mark my dedication to the field:

  • Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP) in 2009.
  • Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath) in 2015.
  • Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Haematology in 2016.

Since 2016, I have been serving as a Consultant Haematologist within the NHS at the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, where I manage both outpatient and inpatient care. This role has given me a comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of haematological conditions.

My Approach to Patient Care

I believe that excellent healthcare is built on a foundation of trust, clear communication, and collaboration. My goal is to empower you with a thorough understanding of your condition and to work together to decide on the best course of action.

In my private practice, I am focused on:

  • Rapid Access: Providing high-quality care without the long waiting times often experienced elsewhere.
  • Flexibility: Offering face-to-face, video, and telephone consultations to fit your schedule and needs.
  • A Collaborative Spirit: Working closely with other specialists to ensure your care is seamless and comprehensive, particularly in my capacity as a laboratory lead.
